Warhawks News · Freshman Football Shutout Kilbourne 29-0 to get to 4-0 on the season

Defensive Coach Will Eadie set the bar high for his defense this past Saturday morning and the boys responded with intensity. The defensive goal was to keep the Wolves Offense to less than three first downs.  The Wolves only had 6 first downs, three by penalty, the entire game.  The defense was led by Zeke Healy, Jimmy Glasser, Judah Holtzclaw, Logan Moore, Braden Murray and Braden Weimer.  The Wolves were unable to put the ball in the air due to lock down coverage by Gary Steele, Tyler Sackett, Jake Schorling, Kyle Denny, Dylan Harris, Luke Swaney, Vince Francescone, and MJ Davis.  The Warhawk Offense was successful with the mix of ground and air attack.  Quarterback Judah Holtzclaw connected twice with Luke Swaney to put the Warhawks up 14-0 early in the 1st half.  Rushing touchdowns were also scored by Juday Holtzclaw and Zeke Healy.  The rushing and passing game would not have been successful without the O-line.  Brandon Kennedy, Tate Sterling, Braden Murray, Braden Weimer, Will Jados, Noah Leigh, Corbin Caplan, and Andrew Reisinger all had outstanding games blocking for the offense.
