Warhawks News · Boys Lax Holds Off Scrappy Big Walnut: Wins 13-7


On Thursday night – 04/11 – the Westerville Central Boys Lacrosse Team defeated Big Walnut by a score of 13-7.

Once again, Dawson Kindall led the charge for the Warhawks scoring 4 goals. It was a physical and scrappy contest, the teams were trading blows midway through the 3rd quarter. The Warhawks eventually overwhelmed the Eagles with consistent offense and lock-down defense in the 4th quarter.

Jack Lammert, Mitchell Bury, and Cole Peck each had 2 goals for the Hawks while Jake Schorling, Zach Rush, and Avery Kuhr each had 1 goal.

Logan Moore (Goalie) had an outstanding game recording 12 saves which proved to be the difference maker for the Hawks.

The Boys will host Olentangy Berlin this Saturday – 04/13 – with the game set to start at 4:30 PM.
