Warhawk Josh Qian Prepares For OHSAA State Golf Tourney

Westerville Central golfer Josh Qian qualified for this week’s OHSAA State Golf Tournament.  The Warhawk junior was co-medalist at last week’s District Tournament, with a round of 70,  and won a sudden death play-off to advance.  For the second consecutive season Qian was the OCC Buckeye Division Player of the Year. Girls Golf Season Wraps Up at District Championship Tournament

The Westerville Central Girls Golf team ended their season at the district tournament yesterday. The tournament took place at New Albany Links and hosted the 9 best teams in the central Ohio district. Boys Soccer Knocks Off Westerville South 2-1

The Westerville Central boys soccer team hosted Westerville South last night for the final OCC Buckeye Division contest of the season.  Enrique Monzalvo got the scoring started for the Warhawks with a score in the 1st half.  South tied the score early in the 2nd half before Alex Perrini scored the winner with 16 minutes left
