SB Fundraiser at Skyline

Baseball, Softball Open Postseason Today

The Warhawks baseball squad will open tournament play today at Zanesville High School.  The Blue Devils enter the contest as the number 16 seed and the Warhawks as number 18.  The first pitch is scheduled for 5:00 pm.  Click here for directions to Zanesville High School and click here to see the Warhawks tournament bracket.

Softball Clinches OCC Title

The Westerville Central softball team defeated Olentangy 7-5 yesterday to clinch their 4th straight OCC championship.  With the win the Warhawks moved to 8-0 in league play giving them a 3 game lead over the 2nd place Braves. Monday Sports Report

The Warhawks home schedule today features the baseball team hosting Westerville South at 5:00 pm and the boys tennis team hosting Watkins Memorial at 4:00 pm. The softball team will travel to Westerville to take on the North Warriors at 5:15 pm and the girls lacrosse team will be at New Albany for a 7:00

Softball Clobbers South 13-1

The Warhawks softball team kept its hot streak going yesterday with a 13-1 win over Westerville South.  The win moves Central’s record to 5-0 in league play and 9-4 overall.  Hannah Richardson was the winning pitcher for the Warhawks and also smacked a solo home run in the 4th inning.  The team will travel to

Softball Smacks Olentangy 8-0

The Westerville Central softball team continued its winning ways yesterday blanking host Olentangy 8-0.  Sydney Stepp pitched the shutout for the Warhawks and was helped by the bats of Hannah Richardson and Megan McMenemy who each hit 2nd inning homeruns.  The win raises Central’s Buckeye Division record to 3-0.  The team will be at Bloom Carroll

Wednesday Sports Update

The boys lacrosse team opened its season last night and dropped a 9-8 decision to Pickerington Central.  The Tigers scored with just under 3 minutes remaining to break the 8-8 tie and withstood a Warhawk rally to hold on for the win.  The  Warhawks will return to action Thursday night hosting Dublin Scioto.  Game time
