Final Forms Registration For Girls Lacrosse

Westerville City Schools use Final Forms to register for sports. This keeps track of player eligibility (physicals, pay to play, grades, etc). It takes both parent and player to complete the forms. First year registration takes a while to complete and the next years are a bit easier. There is no payment at this time.

The Girls Lacrosse team will have their Parent/Player Informational meeting on Wednesday, January 29 at 6:30 in the Media Center.  Coaches will review the season and practice schedules as well as team rules and expectations.
