Final Forms Registration For Girls Lacrosse

Westerville City Schools use Final Forms to register for sports. This keeps track of player eligibility (physicals, pay to play, grades, etc). It takes both parent and player to complete the forms. First year registration takes a while to complete and the next years are a bit easier. There is no payment at this time.
